Woo..supper long x update blog kan?? rasa ad sifat pemalas la.. Today nk update pcl posting..

Member saya cgt awal dpt posting kt sarawak tok semester nie.. Tp i x ad niat nk g krn brp reason. Reason pertama, x nk jauh dr pakwe saya.. Reason ke 2, blh g umah pakwe tok raya ( dh la family dy dah ajak saya).
Minggu nie brp mbr ad ungkit pcl posting sarawak (mrk dak sarawak, mst la nk pstg kt sarawak).

Hari kelmarin, i sms dgn pakwe saya.. Kte pun ungkit pcl study semua la.. Saya pun ckp pcl pstg kt sarawak ad mbr ajak. Abg pun ckp " x ad hal jika i nk g..tp jgn nakal.." Saya pun balas, ckp mmg rasa nk g pun (dh la semua mbr rapat i pun sarawak), tp pkr nk jauh kan dgn abg..x nk la..

Ari nie, kt nurses cafe makan sarapan.. Member cakap "alyssa, u nk pstg kt sarawak x.. krn posting kt semenanjung semua tpt dh penuh.. sem kte dak semenangjung akan pstg kat m.ward 6MINGGU!! Cpu bg taw mcm nie" Saya terus blank dh.. 6MINGGU kt MOCKWARD?! Sial betol.. Jd, i pun terus plan nk g sarwak dh..

1st izin dh dpt dari pakwe dh.. 2nd izin dr family pun dpt.. Jd, pun plan nk g hospital ane pstg. Hanya 1 hospital jer yg ad kosong HOSPITAL SRI AMAN. Tp, kt si2 i mmg x ad member.. Mula seowg mbr bidayoh dy nk g gak, jd kte plan g sri aman sama sama.. At least dekat dgn mbr yg pstg kt serian..

Tiba tiba,mbr bidayoh 2 ckp x dpt g.. I pun aduiyai pas 2, i nk g ane? Mbr i semua kt serian, tp kt si2 mmg dh penuh awal awal. Masa tgh pkr, seowg mbr laki ckp dy nk g tpt lain pstg, dy nk quit dr serian.. Woo, gembiranya aq.. Jd pas kelas, kte g CPU.. Dy masok ke sri aman, dan i ganti tpt dy kat serian.. Hehe.. Dgn semua mbr rapat kt serian..

Ni kte pun dh plan nk g ane semua dh, nk wt ap.. Krn ad byk mbr laki jd blh la kte lepak keluar dgn keta.. Huhu..

SARAWAK IM COMING..

Happy Nurses Day

Happy nurses day to all nurses around the world!!

Last year 12/05/2010, my college gave all student nurses flowers as a token for Nurses Day. Sadly enough, this year I din receive any gift for college because today I dont have any classes. For those who at college, will received gifts from college. But I wonder wat they get this year.

Nursing is founder of Florence Nightingale. Nurses Day is on 12/5 every year is also conjunction of Florence Nightingale's birthday. Nurses Day is celebrated by all nurses around the world.

To be a nurse, we nit to have all these qualities:

• Caring
• Loving
• Patience
• Brave
• Responsible
• Careful
• Big heart to patients
• Skillfullness

Each patient's life that we handle is on our hand. Once a small mistake is done, patient's live can end just like dat.

Appendicitis

YES!! Today Im going to talk about appendicitis. Appendicitis is also one of the common disease. Before we learn about appendicitis, we nit to 1st know about appendix.

WHAT IS APPENDIX??

• The appendix is a fingerlike pouch attached to the large intestine and located in the lower right area of the abdomen.

APPENDICITIS

• Is an infection of appendix.

CAUSES

• Obstruction of appendical lumen.
• feces, parasites, or growths that clog the appendiceal lumen
• enlarged lymph tissue in the wall of the appendix
• inflammatory bowel disease
• trauma to the abdomen

RISK FACTOR

•  People who are age 10 to 30 years old

SYMPTOMS

Pain site

• Pain at the right side
• Abdominal pain: (occurs suddenly, often causing a person to wake up at night,begins near the belly button and then moves lower and to the right, gets worse when moving around, taking deep breaths, coughing, or sneezing)
• loss of appetite
• nausea
• vomiting
• constipation or diarrhea
• inability to pass gas
• a low-grade fever that follows other symptoms
• abdominal swelling
• the feeling that passing stool will relieve discomfort

TREATMENT

• Surgery - removing appendix (appendectomy)
• Medication: by giving antibiotic and encourage soft diet

A day with beloved ones..

Yes, yesterday afternoon i spent my day with my bf till this afternoon. (24 hours)

Its been long time we din really spend our time together due to his buziness of working.

Supposingly my plan 2 days ago was:
- cooked wat i owe him (mee hun soup)
- have lunch and dinner with him

I even prepared all things and bring over to his house. Oh gosh!! His house is just in a mess totally!! I couldnt stand it and had a little sweeping at his house. Afta dat, I plan to get ready to do cooking for our lunch. But, who knows his house dun have cooking oil.. Automatically my 2nd plan fail (cook meals other den mee hun soup). He said "din i tell u my house dun have anything." I replied "yes i know.bt i din know dat cooking oil also dun have." So, we just continue our mee hum soup. I wanted to do for him (since is my last time promise to make for him). But somehow, he did the soup and all. I cant blame him for making it instead of me making. Cz he likes to do things by his own. Is not dat i dunno how to do, k? I can, but my bf who has dat huge ego and man wanted to do. Somehow his mee hum soup tastes nice. So, my 2 plans failed acutally. Hehe..

He told me he will asked me to cook someother days since his house dun have cooking oil. At nite, we had soup and rice and burger. Sad rite? But is bleessed to have meals together rather den nothing. I also get to know how much my bf LOVES YOGURTS!! I bought some yogurts along, and he just loves it damn much!!

Im getting to know our interest and favorites are alomst the same.. Hehe..
